PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
1. You will see your ORDER NUMBER once you press the submit button.
2. Please legibly write this ORDER NUMBER and your DRIVER'S LICENSE/STATE ID on a sheet of paper and place on your driver-side dashboard upon pick-up.
3. Please have your employment verification (EMPLOYEE/WORK BADGE or PAYSTUB) next to the sheet above on driver-side dashboard upon pick-up.
4. You must arrive at your scheduled pick-up time. If you need to reschedule, you must call the Customer Service Team at (702-420-2204) prior to your scheduled time. If you do not call the Customer Service Team prior to your scheduled time, a new order cannot be placed.
NOTE: You WILL NOT be able to pick up your order without proper employment verification. Representatives from the Culinary Union Local 226 will be on site to verify eligible members.
